摘　　要：针对车载空调、冰箱用单缸旋转式压缩机电机完全工作在一个周期性的加载卸载过程,负载一直处在快速变化状况,造成DC/DC输出电压不容易稳定,该文设计了一种带负载前馈、限流功能的DC/DC变换器。文章在给出拓扑结构的基础上,分析了其工作原理,给出主要外围器件参数的计算,并给出了一款基于L4981B的车载1kW DC/DC变换器设计实例,实验结果表明,采用该控制策略的变换器工作稳定可靠,能很好地抵抗负载的突变,维持输出电压稳定,具有良好的工作特性,能有效满足工作要求。Single-cylinder rotary compressor which used to in-car air-conditi on and icebox work in a totally cyclical loading and unloading process, the load varies greatly. This paper introduces a DC/DC converter which with load feedfor ward and current-limiting function. In order to meet the power requirements of out-door compressor, this paper based on the core of ST L4981 chip, designed a 1kW in-car DC/DC converter. Gives the main circuit topology, introduces the wor king principle and the main parameters calculation of the peripheral circuit and experimental results. After experimentation, it proved that this method can eff ectively meet the requirements.
