循环经济为导向的物流金融服务模式创新研究——基于逆向物流的视角

摘　　要：从物流金融服务和循环经济的发展现状及存在的问题入手,针对目前逆向物流金融产品严重缺失的现象,基于逆向物流的视角创新性地提出了以循环经济为导向的物流金融服务模式。该服务模式以金融机构与物流行业的互动发展及完善物流金融服务为构建原则,充分考虑了经济、政策法律及技术文化环境的影响,最终形成了物质流、资金流与信息流的闭合循环模式,探讨了实现政府、公众、金融机构、物流公司及企业的多方共赢的可能途径。Starting from the current developmental status and existing problems of logistics financial service and circular economy,the paper proposes creatively the circular economy-oriented logistics financial service innovation in view of the severe lack of reverse logistics financial products,which,based on the principles supporting the interaction between financial institutions and the logistics industry and promoting the improvement of logistics financial services,fully considers the influence of economic development,policies,laws and regulations,technology,and culture,and forms a circular closed loop of material flow,capital flow and information flow.In the end possible approaches to the all-win situation for the government,the public,financial institutions,logistics service providers and enterprises are explored.
