摘　　要：围绕信息化和网络化、功能性和实用性、开放性和可扩展性、安全性和可靠性四个方面讨论区域市场网上零售物流信息系统的建设目标;提出了能适应供应链管理、数据实时交换和共享、降低物流成本、提高服务质量的五点系统建设总体要求;探讨了功能设计的六个主要模块,建议采用XML、面向对象的思想、B/S模式开发出四层逻辑构架的物流信息系统。The paper explores the objects of the construction of regional market oriented online retail logistics information system from the four aspects of information technology and network,functionality and practicality,open-endedness and extendibility,and safety and reliability.It also proposes the five requirements upon the overall construction,that is,compatibility with the practice of SCM,realization of real-time data interchange and sharing,reduction of logistics cost,and improvement of service quality.And finally it elaborates on the six major functional components and gives suggestions for the development of the four-level logic architecture of the logistics information system using XML,object-oriented methodology and B/S mode.
