摘 要:把内生固氮菌株Y-1a分别接种到6个不同甘蔗材料GT24、GT9、YC84/153、GT18、CP65/357和F172中,在温室无氮栽培条件下,分别调查甘蔗株高、茎径、平均节间长度和单茎重,探讨接种内生固氮菌对不同基因型甘蔗农艺特性的效应。结果表明,与对照相比,接种内生固氮菌可在不同程度上促进不同基因型甘蔗植株的生长,增加株高、茎径、平均节间长度和单茎重。The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of inoculating nitrogen fixing bacteria in greenhouse on agronomic characteristics of different sugarcane genotypes.Six sugarcane varieties,viz.,GT24,GT9,YC84/153,GT18,CP65/357 and F172,were used as the materials and cultured under nitrogen-free culture condition,and the endophytic nitrogen fixing bacterium strain Y-1a was inoculated at 3-leaf stage in greenhouse.The plant height,stalk diameter,average internode length and average stalk weight in six sugarcane varieties were surveyed.The experimental results showed that the inoculation of the nitrogen fixing bacteria promoted the plant growth,and improved the plant height,stalk length,stalk diameter,average internode length and average stalk weight in all sugarcane varieties in certain degree as compared to the control.
