摘 要:为了从DNA水平上了解不同地理位置的细基江蓠繁枝变种种群间在遗传相似性上的差异,运用RAPD标记技术对来自深圳、北海、防城港的3个细基江蓠繁枝变种群体进行亲缘关系分析。结果表明,筛选的30个RAPD引物共扩增出252个位点,片段大小在200~3000 bp之间;3个群体的多态位点比例由高到低依次为:防城港(66.27%)>北海(40.48%)>深圳(31.35%);而3个群体间遗传相似率由高到低依次为:深圳-北海(83.71%)>防城港-北海(78.77%)>深圳-防城港(77.73%)。可见,深圳、北海群体间亲缘关系较近,防城港群体与北海、深圳群体间的亲缘关系较远。The present study was conducted to analyze the genetic differences amongst three G.tenuistipitata var.Liui populations collected from different geographic locations.RAPD markers were used to detect the genetic diversity of three G.tenuistipitata var.Liui cultivated populations collected from Shenzhen,Beihai and Fangchenggang.Thirty selected RAPD primers amplified 252 DNA bands ranging from 200-3000 bp.The declining order of percentage of polymorphic loci and genetic similarity among three populations was as follows: Fangchenggang(66.27%) Beihai(40.48%) Shenzhen(31.35%) and Shenzhen-Beihai(83.71%)Fangchenggang-Beihai(78.77%)Shenzhen-Fangchenggang(77.73%).These data implied that there was close genetic relationship between G.tenuistipitata var.Liui populations collected from Shenzhen and Beihai,while populations from Fangchenggang and Beihai,and Fangchenggang and Shenzhen were distantly related.
