摘 要:为探索卵黄在猪精液冷冻中的应用效果,筛选出猪精液冷冻稀释液中卵黄的最佳浓度,分别在猪精液冷冻稀释液中添加不同比例(20%、25%、30%)的卵黄,并以精子活率、活力、路径速率(VAP)、轨迹速率(VCL)、直线运动速率(VSL)等为指标,对猪精液稀释后、平衡后和冷冻后3个阶段的精液质量进行比较分析。结果表明,将猪精液冷冻稀释液中卵黄的添加量提高5~10个百分点,其稀释后、平衡后及解冻后3个阶段精子的5个运动参数与常规添加量相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。可见,提高猪精液冷冻稀释液中卵黄浓度未能显著改善猪精液冷冻后的质量,综合考虑,猪精液冷冻稀释液中卵黄浓度仍以20%(v/v)为宜。The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of egg yolk on cryopreservation of boar semen by screening the best concentration of egg yolk in freezing boar semen.Different percentages(20,25 and 30%) of egg yolk were added to freeze diluted boar semen,and the quality of semen before diluting,after balancing and freezing were compared using sperm viability,motility,velocity of activity path,velocity of circle locus,velocity of straight locus,etc.The results showed that there were no significant differences in five velocity indices of sperm on adding different concentrations of egg yolk in boar semen freezing dilution after diluting,balancing and refreezing.Therefore,increasing concentration of egg yolk for boar semen freezing dilution could not enhance the quality of semen,and the 20% concentration of egg yolk in boar semen freezing dilution was found to be the best.
