摘　　要：结合一起800kV罐式断路器液压机构频繁打压故障,深入分析原因,对机构压力控制、安全阀、限压电阻等元件进行了相关测试,对液压机构压力参数配置进行了检查,找出了引发故障的根本原因,制定了相应的解决措施,彻底消除了机构存在的安全隐患,为后续800kV罐式断路器顺利投产奠定了基础。This study analyzed a frequent failure of the hydraulic mechanism of the 800 kV tank circuit breaker in Pingliang transformer substation,examined the pressure control,safety valve,and voltage limiting resistance,and checked the pressure parameter setting of the hydraulic mechanism. Consequently,the cause of the failure was discovered,and a countermeasure was taken to completely eliminate this failure.
