摘  要:针对一起110kV线路零序方向保护误动导致4个变电站失压的事故,结合故障录波图和保护动作报告,通过理论分析,指出事故原因在于同杆架设的平行线路零序互感对零序方向保护产生影响和变压器中性点非正常接地,并提出了解决措施。A mal-operation of zero sequence directional protection on 110 kV transmission line caused four substations losing their voltage. This paper analyzes this fault theoretically by combining the recorded fault waveforms and protection operation reports,and discovers that this mal-operation was caused by abnormal ground of a transformer neutral and by the effect of zero sequence mutual inductance of parallel transmission lines on zero sequence directional protection. Solutions are offered to eliminate this kind of fault.
