摘 要:为实现模具钻孔机的控制成本以及操作的实时性与便利性,提出了一种基于MCS51单片机的嵌入式网络模具钻孔机控制系统的软硬件设计.单片机采用AT89S8252,网络控制芯片采用RTL8019AS,上位机通过TCP网络传输钻孔数据给单片机,然后由单片机分别控制X,Y,Z3路步进电机按要求对模具钻孔.讨论了自定制的精简TCP/IP协议栈的单片机实现,以及3路同步电机的控制实现.经实验测试表明,TCP数据包传输以及模具钻孔正常,为进一步构建工厂生产现场的大型集群式模具钻孔监控系统打下了基础.In order to improve the performance of speed and convenience,and to reduce costs of the controlling system in the existing mold drill machine,a design scheme of hardware and software for an embedded network controlling system based on MCS51 single chip microcomputer is presented.The system uses AT89S8252 as the single chip microcomputer,uses RTL8019AS chip as the network microcontroller.The PC transfers drill data to the single chip microcomputer through TCP network,and the tree step motors(X,Y,Z) are controlled to drill on mold respectively by the single chip microcomputer.The realization of tidy TCP/IP protocol that is specially customized for the practical application in the single chip microcomputer,and the control method of tree step motors are discussed.The experiments proved that the system satisfy the requirements.This technological achievement provides a basis for the construction of network-based distributed mold drill machine controlling and monitoring system on a large scale in the factory.
