摘 要:【目的】对新疆北部7个地区不同生境采集的赤眼蜂进行多样性分析。【方法】用多样性、丰富度、均匀度和优势度指数对不同地区进行统计分析。【结果】采集赤眼蜂标本4 985号,隶属18属44个种。赤眼蜂多样性指数以昌吉最高,阿勒泰次之,乌鲁木齐最低;丰富度指数以塔城最高,博尔塔拉次之,阿勒泰最低;均匀度指数以阿勒泰最高,昌吉次之,乌鲁木齐最低;优势度指数以石河子最高,乌鲁木齐次之,昌吉最低。【结论】从新疆北部地区赤眼蜂资源调查结果来看,寡索赤眼蜂属Oligosita Walker、赤眼蜂属Trichogramma Westwood及优奋赤眼蜂属Ufensia Girault在新疆北部地区分布较广泛,特别是新疆优奋赤眼蜂,其种群数量非常大,为进一步开发、保护和利用新疆本土赤眼蜂资源防治当地害虫提供了有益的基础数据。[Objective]The species composition and diversity of Trichogrammatidae in different habitats located in northern regions of Xinjiang were surveyed. [ Method] Shannon - Wiener biodiversity index ( H'), Margalef species richness (R), Pielou' eveness (E) and Simpon dominance (D) were adopted to analyze the Trichogrammatidae diversity. [ Result ] Approximately 5 000 specimens were collected and there were 44 species belonging to 18 genera. The results indicated that diversity of Triehogrammatidae showed a high average index value for Changji, Aertai, while Urumqi indicated a lower average index; Tacheng had the highest R index value, and Boertala, Aertai's E index was the highest, Changji followed and Urumqi had the lowest;the Simpon dominance revealed a higher index in Shihhotze, the Urumqi, and Chang, ii was the least. [ Conclusion] Oligosita Walker, Trichogramma Westwood and Ufensia Girault are widely spread in northern regions of Xinjiang, especially Ufensia Girault,which has a large quantity of groups. The study has provided useful basic data for further exploitation, protection and utilization of Xinjiang local Trichogrammatidae to control the native pests.
