摘  要:【目的】在水分胁迫及复水条件下,研究3份新疆狗牙根新品系叶片活性酶的变化。【方法】测定3份新疆狗牙根新品系叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化。【结果】3份新疆狗牙根新品系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性持续升高,过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升高后降低,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫前期(3~30d)变化平缓,而随后持续升高,复水后呈降低的变化趋势。【结论】虽然干旱胁迫会导致3份新疆狗牙根新品系内形成较多自由基,使细胞膜系统受到一定破坏,但3份新疆狗牙根新品系体内的保护酶防御系统可以被有效调动以清除和防御自由基的伤害,从而保护细胞免受更大的损伤。[ Objective] Study the active enzymes of three Xinjiang Bermuda Grass new varieties under the drought stress conditions. [Method]Tested the SOD, POD, and CAT activeness of three Xinjiang Bermuda Grass new varieties. [ Result] The results have shown that : the SOD activity of three Xinjiang Bermuda Grasses remained strong, POD was strong initially and weakened later. Changing of CAT activeness was not obvious in initial period of drought stress (3 - 30 day) , but later kept increasing and then dropped after re - watered. [ Conclusion ] Although drought stress could create many free radicals, and destroy the epicyte system of three Xinjiang Bermuda Grass new varieties,their protecting enzyme defending systems could be effectively transferred to eliminate and protect the cells from larger injure of free radicals.
