摘　　要：本文以栖霞苹果电子交易市场为研究对象,分析了其对传统市场的替代原因,揭示该市场之所以顺利组建并迅速发展壮大,主要得益于地方政府的强力介入、中国果品协会的信息优势和电子支付市场功能的合理拓展与创新。This article analysis the reasons that AEEM partially substitute the traditional market through introducing the building process of AEEM. This article also tells us the reason why AEEM has been successfully established, developing and growing rapidly, mainly due to the strong involvement of local government, taking advantage of information superiority from the Fruit Association of China, reasonable development and innovation of the market functions.
