摘  要:以辽河渣油为原料,考察了碱性助剂对渣油热裂解反应的影响。结果表明,加入碱性助剂后,可有效降低焦炭、蜡油和干气收率,提高轻油收率,对产品质量无不良影响。碳酸铵提高轻油收率的作用明显高于氢氧化钠和硅酸钠。当加入质量分数为3%的碳酸铵时,柴油收率可提高2.88个百分点,汽油收率提高0.33个百分点,焦炭收率下降1.86个百分点,干气收率降低8.72个百分点,蜡油收率降低0.15个百分点。The effects of alkaline additives on re- sidual oil thermal cracking were investigated with Li- aohe residual oil as raw material. The results showed that the yields of coke,wax oil and dry gas were de- creased, while the yield of light oil was increased, and the quality of products was not changed when alkaline additive was applied to the process. The ammonium carbonate was better than sodium hydroxideand sodium silicate in increasing yield of light oil. When the mass fraction of ammonium carbonate was 5% ,the yields of diesel fuel and gasoline were increased by 2.88,0.33 percent points,and the yields of coke, dry gas, wax oil were reduced by 1.86, 8.72,0.15 percent points ,respectively.
