摘  要:不同质量浓度的矮壮素对火焰南天竹试管苗离体保存效果影响试验结果表明:矮壮素质量浓度为3.0 mg/L可以延缓试管苗的生长速度,延长其保存时间,减少其继代次数;矮壮素质量浓度小于1.0 mg/L,则作用效果不明显;质量浓度大于5.0 mg/L对其生长产生毒害作用,不利于种质保存。适合火焰南天竹离体保存的培养基为2/3MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L CCC,在此培养基上保存180 d后,存活率72%,当恢复培养时能生长正常,成活率达100%。The effect of several different concentration of CCC on the in vitro preservation of Nandina domestica 'Fire power' test-tube plantlet was investigated.The results showed that the concentrations of 3.0 mg/L could decrease the growth rate of test-tube plantlets,extend the preservation time and lessen the subculture time,while their effects were not evident with the concentration under 1.0 mg/L.Toxic function was emerged when the concentration beyond 5.0 mg/L,which was harmful to germplasm conservation.The culture medium of 2/3 MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L CCC was very fit for Nandina domestica'Fire power' in vitro preservation.The survival rate of the test-tube plantlets reached 72% using this culture medium to conserve,and the survival rate reached 100% when the cultivation was recovered even after 180 days.
