摘　　要：以金叶龟甲冬青组培分化苗为供试材料,采用常规瓶式培养和袋式培养方式进行增殖、生根培养。结果表明:2种培养方式生产的组培苗生长状况无明显差异,均表现出增殖系数大,生长正常,生根快,根系发达等,生根率达92%,且苗木健壮,质量好,移栽成活率高(85%以上)。但在培养基灭菌和接种效率、污染率、移植成活率、培养空间利用率和炼苗效率等方面,袋式培养优于常规瓶式培养,可提高生产效率,达到节能增效目的。In order to test the effect of bag-type application on the tissue culture of Ilex crenata ＇Golden Gem＇,the shoots of Ilex crenata ＇Golden Gem＇ were used by common bottle and bag-type tissue culture.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the shoots appearance,and the shoots from the both methods appeared faster multiplication,high-rooting rate（even reached 92 percent） and high survival rate for transplanting plants（above 85percent）.But bag-type tissue culture was better in culture medium sterilizing,plating efficiency,pollution rates,culture space utilization rate and the efficiency of hardening off than those in the other method.Using the method of bag-type tissue culture,the productivity was raised and more energy could be saved.
