摘　　要：100t铁水车是由大连重型机械设计制造厂设计生产的,本钢运输部自上世纪50年代以来购买了20台这种冶金车,此车从今年开始陆续发现滚动轴承燃轴现象。通过对滚动轴承寿命的计算分析,其燃轴的原因主要是由于检修问题、结构自身的密封、车辆的运用条件、保养及铁道线路等不良因素造成的。We have bought 20 100t liquid iron trains which are designed and produced by the manufactory called Daiian Heary machinery since 1950＇s. From this year, the trains emerge a succession of burning rolling phenomenon for the rolling bearing. I have got a conclusion by calculating the rolling bearing are caused by overhaulinling, the closure of its structure, the condition of the trains＇ apply, the bad factors of the railway＇s route and so on.
