关系运作、网络演进与中国企业后发国际化成长——株洲硬质合金集团有限公司的案例研究

摘　　要：企业国际化理论研究已经从"企业圮环境"视角转变为"企业圮网络"视角。基于对企业国际化行为的网络嵌入性本质进行的分析,将企业国际化进程中的关系运作划分为"关系建立→关系延伸→关系渗透→关系整合"四个阶段,与之相匹配的企业关系网络则沿着"本地社会网络→国际商业网络→全球战略网络"的方向演化。结合株洲硬质合金集团有限公司的案例研究证实了以上观点,并据此提出了促进中国企业国际化的政策建议。The research of firm＇s internationalization is changing from the view of ＂firm？ environment＂ to the view of ＂firm？ network＂. Based on the analysis of the network embeddedness of firm＇s internationalization, the relational operation in the internationalization process of firm can be divided to four phases of ＂relation building→ relation expansion→ relation penetration→ relation integration＂, and the firm＇s network evolves along the direction of ＂local social networks→ international business networks→ global strategic networks＂. At last we proved the above views by ease studies of Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Corp. LTD and we gave some suggestions of promoting Chinese firms＇ internationalization.
