负离子远红外纳米银、锌、硒元素中药外治烧烫伤药剂的应用研究进展

摘　　要：烧烫伤为热源造成体表组织的损伤,大面积的深度烧烫伤可并发休克、败毒症等。介绍了用纳米粉碎技术,将中药超微粒化,添加纳米锌、硒等微量元素,加广谱强效纳米银系(AT)抗菌剂、麦饭石纳米粉、远红外二氧化钛、电气石在传统中药配方基础上制成的纳米中药,用于烧烫伤的治疗,提高了药物疗效。Scald is caused by heat damage to the body surface organization, large areas of deep burns may be complicated by shock, sepsis syndrome, etc. The functions of Chinese traditional prescription medicine are ＂Qingre Jiedu＂, promoting blood circulation, promote epithelial cell growth, coupled with broad- spectrum potent nano - silver ＂ （AT） antimicrobial agents,＂ nano - Chinese traditional medicine can improve the effectiveness of drug treatment to scald.
