摘　　要：隐性教育是相对于显性教育而言的,隐性教育的特性决定了它可以在高校就业指导工作中发挥重要作用。本文对高校就业指导工作中运用隐性教育的作用进行了分析,并探讨了在就业指导中运用隐性教育的途径。Implicit education is relative to explicit education, and implicit education plays an important role in career guidance in universities and colleges. In this paper, the role of implicit education in university career guidance is analyzed and the means of employing implicit education in career guidance is discussed.
