摘  要:在高压搅拌式定容反应釜中研究了低剂量组合型抑制剂GHCI2(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚醚胺、乙二醇丁醚按质量比1∶1∶1组合而成)对天然气水合物生成过程的影响,并与动力学抑制剂PVP进行了比较;同时考察了GHCI2含量和过冷度对其抑制效果的影响,并对GHCI2的抑制机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,添加质量分数0.50%的GHCI2和PVP后,水合物生成的抑制时间分别为8 800min和1 100min,GHCI2的抑制效果明显优于PVP。在GHCI2质量分数为0.20%~2.00%时,抑制效果随GHCI2含量的增加呈先增强后减弱的趋势,GHCI2质量分数为0.75%时,抑制效果最好;过冷度越大,水合物生成的抑制时间越短。In order to prevent the natural gas hydrate from plugging the pipeline, low-dosage inhibitors were used to mitigate the formation of the hydrate. A low-dosage combinative inhibitor GHCI2, which was composed of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), polyetheramine and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether with mass ratio 1 : 1 : 1, was prepared in a high-pressure stirred tank reactor, and compared with the kinetic inhibitor PVP. Effects of the GHCI2 concentration and subcooling on the hydrate formation were investigated. The results showed that the inhibition times were 8 800 min and 1 100 rain in the presence of 0.50% (w) GHCI2 and 0.50% (w) PVP, respectively. When mass fraction of GHCI2 increased from 0.20% to 2.00%, the inhibition time increased firstly and then decreased, and reached maximum at the mass fraction of 0.75 %. The inhibition time became shorter with enhancing of subcooling. The inhibition mechanism of GHCI2 was analyzed based on the experimental results.
