摘　　要：目的：探讨蛛网膜下池CT测量值的年龄性变化。材料与方法：对延边地区200名健康朝鲜族成人的头部CT片进行了5处蛛网膜下池测量，并做了方差分析和U检验。结果：50岁以前测量值无显著性差异，50岁以后大脑纵裂地和大脑外侧窝池的CT测量值明显增大，而其它3处蛛网膜下池的测量值在各年龄组之间无显著性差异。结论：50岁以后大脑纵裂池和大脑外侧窝地明显增大。purpose: To study the aged variation of subarachnoid cistern. Materials and Methods: Subarachnoid cistern of head CT of 200 Korean adults in Yanbian were measured in 5 places and the data were treated by analysis of variance and U - test. Results: The date showed no significant difference before the age of 50, the measurements of cisterna longitudinal fissure cerebrum and cisterna fossae lateralis cerebri were increased obviously after the age of 50, and the other 3 subarachnoid cistems had no signiticant difference with aging. Conclnsion: The cisterna longitudinal cerebrum and cisterna fossae lateralis cerebri was increasing after 50 years old.
