A Primary Research on Inorganic Nitrogen Flux at Sediment-water Interface of the Earth Pond for Seedling Portunus trituberculatus

摘  要:通过实验室模拟实验,研究了三疣梭子蟹育苗池底泥-水界面无机氮的交换通量;利用改变温度、溶氧以及添加HgCl2的方法研究了温度、溶氧、生物扰动等因素对底泥-水界面无机氮交换通量的影响.研究结果表明:随着育苗过程的推进以及温度的增加,三疣梭子蟹育苗池底泥-水界面无机氮的平均交换通量增高;当界面处于富氧状态时,NH4+-N的释放受到抑制,而界面处于贫氧状态时,NO3--N的释放受到抑制;三疣梭子蟹育苗土池无机氮的释放受生物扰动的影响较大.Based on the simulation results obtained from experimenting in the lab,we measured the benthic fluxes of inorganic nitrogen of the earth pond which is used to breed the young Portunus Trituberculatus.In order to learn how temperature,dissolve oxygen and bio-disturb affect the inorganic nitrogen fluxes,we carried out several experiments under different circumstances.The results show that as the process of seedling progressed,the fluxes of inorganic nitrogen were increasing.The temperature impacts the net flux in a similar fashion.For the case in which the sediment-water phase is full of dissolved oxygen,NH4^ + -N release is found to be restrained.However,the releasing of NO3^ - -N is facilitated if the dissolved oxygen is at sufficient level.The study result has shown a very close relationship between DIN flux and bio-disturb.
