摘 要:建立了宁波地区节能50%的"基准住宅"模型,分析了其围护结构能耗比例及节能潜力,并在此基础上研究了居住建筑节能65%的实现途径.结果表明:在节能50%的基础上再节能15%,需通过围护结构保温隔热性能的改善和采暖空调能效比的提高共同来实现,其中各部分预期节能量为:外墙3.5%,屋顶0.5%,外窗4%,体型系数3%,设备4%.This paper constructs the‘baseline residential building’model for energy saving by 50%in Ningbo, for which the energy consumption and energy saving potential of residential community is analyzed.The measures to realize the energy saving by 65%for residential buildings are proposed.Results show that the goal of energy saving by further 15%on the top of saving 50%can be attained by means of improving heat insulation and upgrading the energy-to-efficiency ratio of air conditioning equipments,in which external wall accounts for 3.5%,roof 0.5%,window 4%,building shape coefficient 3%and equipment 4%.
