摘 要:目的探讨SP(substanceP)调节耳蜗血流的作用机理。方法本研究采用免疫组织化学ABC技术结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-镍染色法,观察豚鼠耳蜗微血管SP受体的分布状态。结果豚鼠耳蜗基底膜各圈均可见SP受体阳性的微血管,阳性结构主要位于血管内膜,呈密度增高的线状分布。结论作用于耳蜗微血管内膜SP受体的SP,主要来源于血液及内皮细胞自身。Objective\ To investigate the mechanism of substance P (SP) on the regulation of cochlear blood flow.Methods\ The distribution of SP receptors in the cochlear micrangium of guinea pig were observed with specific rabbit anti-SP receptor antibody by the Avidin-Biotin peroxidase Complex(ABC) immunostaining combined with the glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel enhancemnent technique(ABC-GND method).Results\ The cochlear micrangia showing the SP receptor positive immunoreactivity existed in every circles of the cochlear basement membrane.The SP receptor immunoreactivity positive material mainly distributed with a high dense linear appearance in the endangium.Conclusion\ From the above results,it might be possible that the SP,which reacts on the SP receptors in the endangium of cochlear micrangia,come mainly from the blood and the endothelial cells.
