摘 要:目的研究豚鼠颞叶、额叶损害后听觉中潜伏期反应变化规律。方法豚鼠未肝素化自体血回注建立颞叶、额叶皮层出血模型以及颞叶皮层烧灼模型,利用KeypointTM肌电\诱发电位仪监测其听觉中潜伏期反应中Pa波的变化。结果Pa波主要起源于颞叶听皮层;额叶出血后Pa波潜伏期无明显改变(P>0.05);颞叶皮层损害后Pa波潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01),甚至消失。结论Pa波改变能够作为颞叶损害的早期、客观。Objective To study the changes of AMLR after temporal and frontal lesion in 45 guinea pig. Methods The guinea pig models using stereotaxic injection of fresh nonheparinized arterial blood have been constructed, Keypoint TM in EMG and Evoked potentials in used to observe the changes after the three models. Results Pa seems to be generated in the auditory cortex of both temporal lobe, Pa with frontal hemorrhage is basically normal( P >0.05); Pa with temporal lobe lesion is significantly prolonged in latency( P <0.01), even disappeared in some cases. Conclusion These results suggested that Pa could play an early role and objective sign in reflecting temporal lesins.
