武汉户外拓展训练行业现状及发展前景分析

摘　　要：户外拓展训练是20世纪末闯入中国人精神生活家园的一支奇葩.因其对于磨练意志、开发潜能、熔炼团队、完善人格等具有独特的功能而备受众多企业的认可和青年人的青睐.武汉市作为户外拓展训练发展较早的城市,不论是资源、规模、数量、质量还是环境都在全国有着得天独厚的优势和举足轻重的地位.然而与此形成鲜明对照的是,国人对户外拓展训练理论的研究还比较滞后,尤其对于武汉户外拓展行业的发展现状及其优势的研究更是极少见诸报道.故此,本文特对武汉户外拓展训练行业的生存空间、优势地位、发展现状及其未来前景等因素进行了较为深入的调查与分析,以求为武汉户外拓展行业的可持续发展寻求一条科学可行的方法与途径.Outward bound training is an extraordinary activity that entered Chinese people＇s mind at the end of the twentieth century.It has been broadly accepted by many companies and is popular among young people, because it makes special contributions to strengthening the mind, developing potentials, solidifying the team,improving personality and so on.Wuhan started outward bound training earlier than other cities. It has a strong advantage and an important position in this industry nationwide, on the aspects of resource, scale, quantity, quality and environment. However, in contrast to the industry progress, the theory research of outward bound training lags. Especially, the research of current status and advantage of outward bound training in Wuhan has rarely been reported.Therefore,in order to find a scientific practical method for the sustainable development of outward bound training in Wuhan,this paper deeply investigated and analyzed the living space, competitive advantage,current status, and perspects of outward bound training in Wuhan.
