摘　　要：针对数字图书馆信息主动推送的不足之处,简单介绍了RSS2.0的规范和其适合于数字图书馆的方面,利用Java编程实现了从书目数据库中抽取最新上架的图书信息生成标准的XML文件,以便用户可以利用RSS阅读器订阅,让读者在第一时间获得最新图书信息。实现了图书馆主动推送服务,提高了图书馆的服务效率。以陆军指挥学院图书馆的新书通报为例,详细阐述了其实现过程。In view of the problems existing in the Information Push Service,this paper briefly introduces the criterion of RSS and the aspects in favor of digital library of RSS,realizes the function of creating XML files with new books information from bibliography database using Java,and readers so can subscribe the information with RSS-reader and get the new information in time.It implements the initiative push service of library and increases the efficiency of library services. Taking the library in Nanjing Army Command College, expatiates the realizing process of reports of new books research.
