摘  要:草舍油田采用CO2混相驱油,部分油井产气量大,气油比较高。根据CO2溶解性及其影响因素,结合高气油比井生产特征,分析井筒中流体密度的分布和CO2气体对泵效的影响,以优化常规泵开采生产参数,降低气锁,提高泵效。分析研究和现场实例表明,在不采用脱气装置下,采用大泵径、大泵挂生产参数,可保持地层高能量,降低气锁,提高产液量。但采用常规管式泵开采高气油比油藏,泵效不超过30%,泵效难以有效提高。建议采用油气分离技术开采高气油比油藏。In Caoshe oilfield,CO2 miscible displacement is applied in oil development.Now some oil wells have high gas production and high gas-oil ratio (GOR).According to the solubility of CO2 and its influencing factors,and combined with the production characteristics of high GOR wells,the fluid density distribution in wellbore and the influence of CO2 to pump efficiency were analyzed to optimize the production parameters of standard pump,decrease airlock effect,and improve pump efficiency.Analyses of the actual example show that without gas-separation unit,large pump-diameter and deep depth of pump can keep formation with high-energy,decrease the airlock,and raise fluid production.But the Standard pump efficiency is no more than 30 percent,and the pump efficiency can not easily to be raised.The gas-separation unit is proposed to be applied in the development of high GOR oil reservoir.
