摘  要:川西深层须家河组储层为深—超深、致密—超致密砂岩气藏,且裂缝发育。为获得高产天然气流,裂缝性储层的加砂压裂改造成为必需的增产措施。在分析裂缝性储层加砂压裂难点的基础上,研究了施工排量优化及多级粒径段塞降滤等控滤失关键技术,通过对前置液量、加砂浓度等施工参数的优化,形成了川西深层裂缝性储层加砂压裂技术。该技术应用于LS1井T3X2(4251~4256m)井段,顺利完成了80m3规模的加砂压裂施工,压裂后在套压5.5MPa、油压5.7MPa下,天然气产量15594m3/d,产水7.2m3/d,取得了较好的增产效果。In Xujiahe formation of western Sichuan,the reservoir is very deep and tight,and the natural fractures are developed.In order to obtain high gas flow,the sand fracturing of the fractured reservoir has become a necessary stimulation measure.Based on the analysis of difficulties of sand fracturing of fractured reservoir,key techniques of filtration control such as optimization of construction displacement,multi-stage particle slug,etc.were studied.Through the optimization of construction parameters such as preflush volume,sand concentration,etc.,the sand fracturing technology for deep fractured reservoir of western Sichuan were developed.The technology was applied in the fracturing of T3X^2(4 251-4 256m)of LS1 well.The construction of 80m3 sand fracturing was completed successfully.After fracturing,the gas and water production is 15 594m^3/d and 7.2m^3/d respectively under the casing pressure of 5.5MPa and oil pressure of 5.7MPa.
