摘  要:铁路系统的评估可看作为一个模糊多属性的群决策过程。本文利用先整体综合,再加权,最后决策的模糊折衷型群决策方法求解该问题。其中,在确定属性的权重时,运用质量功能配置思想,以乘客的需求为出发点,从而使得属性的权重更为客观;在确定多样性专家的评价权重时,同时考虑专家的权重和相对一致度两方面的因素,以使决策结果更符合客观实际。本文建立了一个利用质量功能配置思想来确定属性权重的模糊决策数学模型,是QFD思想和TOPSIS方法的有机结合。最后,实例应用表明该方法的有效性和实用性。The improvement of the railway system can be regarded as a fuzzy multiple attribute group decisionmaking process. In this paper,we use fuzzy compromise-based group decision making to solve the problem. Firstly,the aggregation calculations for the attributes are given,then weighted normalised ratings of each attribute are calculated,and at last,the decision-making is made. Meanwhile,quality function deployment ( QFD) is employed to determine the weighs of all the attributives,since this method is based on passengers'requirements,which makes it more reliable; To get the appraisal weights of heterogeneous group of experts,considering every expert's weight and the relative degree of agreement in the same time to make the results more reasonable. In this paper,a fuzzy decision-making mathematical model is established by using the quality function disposition thought to determine the attribute weight,which is a integration of the QFD thought and the TOPSIS method. At last,a real case is used to demonstrate the versatility and potential of the proposed method for solving fuzzy multiple attributive group decision-making problems.
