摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性肢体外固定带在先天性心脏病术后患儿监护期间的应用效果。方法:将204例先天性心脏病术后监护期间需要约束四肢的患儿随机分为观察组(104例)和对照组(100例),分别应用一次性肢体固定带和普通布带式固定带对患儿进行保护性约束。观察两组患儿应用后影响治疗及相关并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患儿滑脱后影响治疗及并发症发生率(P(0.01)明显低于对照组。结论:一次性肢体固定带使用效果显著优于普通布带式肢体固定带。Objective：Sammarize the effect of disposable limb outside fixed belt after the congenital heart disease.Methods：Cases congenital heart disease after operation,intensive care period needs to restrain four limbs＇ children to divide into the observation group（104 cases） and the control group（100 cases）,applies the disposable limb outside fixed belt and the ordinary cotton tape type fixed belt separately carries on the protection restraint to the children.Results：After the observation group children slide affects the treatment and the complication rate was lower than the control group obviously（P﹤0.01）.Conclusion：The disposable limb outside fixed belt use effect obviously surpasses the ordinary cotton tape type limb outside fixed belt.
