颈椎病手术患者卧位康复操的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨卧位康复操对促进颈椎病手术患者功能康复的作用。方法:选择在本科住院行手术治疗的颈椎病患者120例,2005年住院患者58例为对照组,按照传统康复训练指导;2006年住院患者62例为实验组,采用本科自行设计的卧位康复操进行康复训练指导。对患者坚持康复训练率、达到计划训练时间率及术后改善率进行统计学分析。结果:实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本科设计的颈椎病手术患者卧位康复操,对患者遵循康复指导,坚持康复训练及促进患者功能恢复具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To investigate the effect of the lying position rehabilitation exercise designed for cervical spondylosis patients in post-operative,in improving patients adhere to the rehabilitation training,and promoting the patients functional rehabilitation.Methods：Chose 120 cases of cervical spondylosis patients in post-operative.62 of them,who hospitalized in 2006,guided the lying position rehabilitation exercise,as the experimental group,compare with the 58 of them,who hospitalized patients in 2005,guided with the traditional rehabilitation;analysis the different rate of recovery exercise lasting and the recovery time between the self-devised recovery exercise and the traditional one,we calculated the rate of post-operative improvement by JOA marking standard.Results：The experiental group was obviously better than the other group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The lying position rehibitation excise designed by ourselves for cervical spondylosis patients,has positive effect on guiding patients＇ rehibitation,insisting on rehibitation of patients and improving the patients functional rehibitation.
