论反复流产与支原体感染和抗心磷脂抗体之间的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨反复自发性流产(RSA)与支原体感染和抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)之间的关系。方法:采用培养法分别对338例RSA患者(观察组)和105例无流产病史并已分娩一活婴的正常妇女(对照组)的宫颈分泌物进行解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)检测;并用ELISA法分别检测各组血清ACA-IgM和ACA-IgG,比较两组间的阳性率。结果:观察组UU或MH阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ACA-IgM阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);UU或MH阳性的观察组(RSA)患者中,ACA-IgM、ACA-IgG和ACA-IgM+ACA-IgG的阳性率显著高于UU或MH阴性的RSA患者(P<0.05)。结论:支原体感染是RSA的原因之一;自身免疫性抗体与RSA有一定关系;ACA与支原体感染有相关性。Objective：To elucidate the association of recurrent spontaneous abortion with mycoplasma infection and anticardionlipin antibodies.Methods：Ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis from the cervical secretions were detected respectively by culture method in 338 coomen who had the history of recurrent spontaneous abortion three times or more assigned as monitoring group,and 105 normal women,who did not have any miscarriage and delivered a live child as control group.Enzyme-linked immunoassay was carried out to detect both isotypes of anticardiolipin antibodies,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G.The positive rate of each index between two groups was compared.Results：The possitivity rates of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis in monitoring group were significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The posivity rate of ACA-IgM in the monitooling group was significantly higher than in the control group（P0.05）.For recurrent spoptaneous abortion patients,the possitivity rate of ACA-IgM,ACA-IgG and ACA-IgM＋ ACA-IgG in ureaplasma urealyticum or mycoplasma hominis positive group was significantly higher than that in ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis in negative group（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is suggested that ureaplasma urealyticum or mycoplasma hominis infection is closely correlated with recurrent spoptaneous abortion,recurrent spoptaneous abortion is correlated with anticardiolipin antibodies,anticardiolipin antibodies is correlated with ureaplasma urealyticum or mycoplasma hominis infection.
