摘　　要：ImageJ软件是一种可免费下载的JAVA图像分析与处理软件。基于其对医学影像图像可直接进行分析和处理,提出了一种在个人电脑上利用ImageJ软件测量肝脏体积的方法。并展示了外科医生可利用个人电脑独立进行肝脏CT容积的分析。ImageJ is a freely down-loadable image analysis and processing software to directly analyze and process medical imags. This paper presents a method of measuring liver volume by ImageJ software on personal computer and shows the operation of CT volumetric analysis of the liver. This application brings CT volumetry to the surgeon’s desktop independent of the support of a radiologist.
