摘　　要：结合科研院所科研工作的特点,在分析了普通试剂库存在的种类繁多、库存有限、科研需求递增等特点的基础上,提出了从库管人员、编报采购计划、售后服务、渠道建设、把握信息与质量等方面入手,做好普通试剂库的科学管理工作。实施科学的管理与统筹,提高工作效率,才能更好地为科研工作提供优质的服务与保障。做好科研院所普通试剂的供应保障问题,使得科研课题在既保证质量,又节约经费的前提下完成。The supply of ordinary reagents in scientific research institutions is an important part to guarantee the development of scientific research work. To ensure the management of ordinary reagents,the characteristics of scientific research work is taken into consideration and the storehouse personnel,drawingup and submitting purchase plans,the post-sale service,the channel construction,getting hold of information and quality are carried out to ensure the development of scientific research projects.
