摘　　要：从病人满意度的概念和起源,病人满意度调查的目的、方法、研究工具、评价标准、测量时机和影响因素方面进行了综述,为科学进行病人满意度调查提供参考依据。It summarized the concept and the origin of satisfaction degree of patients.It reviewed satisfaction degree survey of patients from aspects of its purpose,method,research tool,evaluation standard,measuring time and its influencing factors,so as to provide some references for scientific investigation on satisfaction degree of patients
