摘　　要：目的　了解心理行为干预对子宫切除术后患者性生活满意度的影响。方法　对因子宫良性病变而行子宫切除的病人，随机分为心理行为干预组，非干预组；采用自拟性生活满意度评分指标及标准，进行手术前后评分比较。结果　干预组，术后性生活满意度评分明显高于非干预组，有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论　子宫切除术后患者的性功能障碍主要是心理因素造成。Objective To understand theeffectofpsychological-behavioralintervention on sexual-lifesatisfaction in post - hysterectom y patients. Method 280 patientsw ere random ly divided into psychobehavioralintervention group and non-inter- vention group. Theintervention group and theirhusbandsreceived intervention by understanding the knowledge aboutsexual psychology and physiology before operation and dispelling theirnegative m ood after operation . Tw o group patients were in- vestigated by self-developing scale index and criterion. ResultThe score ofsexuallife satisfaction ishigherm arkedly in inter- vention group than that in non-intervention group. Conclusion psychobehavioralintervention can decrease the occurrence of sexualfunction disorderin such patients.
