摘　　要：探讨了木立芦荟的试管繁殖技术过程,从初代培养的建立、取材与消毒、培养条件、扩大繁殖、生根与壮苗、试管苗的移栽与管理几个方面进行了详细的论述,为进行木立芦荟的试管繁殖提供参考。Investigated the process of tissue culture technology of Aloe arborescens Mill and did detailed dissertation from primary culture building,drawn and disinfection,culture conditions,expanded reproduction,roots and seedlings,transplanting and management of plantlets and so on sides,in order to provide reference for tissue culture of Aloe arborescens Mill.
