对技能型士官教育的几点思考

摘　　要：以技能型士官教育的内涵分析为出发点,充分借鉴外军士官技能培训的成功经验和做法,对如何推进我军技能型士官教育进行了探讨。认为士官教育的重心应由过去偏重于学历教育向侧重于技能教育转变,并建立以特色技能为核心的逐级培训模式,不断增强士官教育训练的针对性和适应性。Based on the analysis of the connotation of the skill-oriented petty officer education, this paper discusses how to improve our skill-oriented petty officer education by drawing on a successful experience from the foreign sergeant training. It is necessary to transfer the emphasis of petty officer education from the academic credentials education to the skill training education. A gradual training model featured by special skills should be built to consistently improve the pertinence and adaptability training of the petty officers.
