摘  要:地下施工必然对周围环境造成影响,运用半理论半实践的方法进行分析,摸索出切实可行、减少影响的施工方案.重点介绍几种方案的施工要点,进一步阐明了几种加固软土方案的适用特点.即坑内地基加固、隔断法,有利于基坑的中长期位移控制,安全度高,对施工监控水平要求相对较低;循迹补偿注浆对施工和监控要求较高,可大量节省工程造价、缩短工期;时空效应规律运用,能合理控制土体的自身稳定,既经济又安全.Underground construction will inevitably impact on the surrounding environment.This paper found out the construction plan for reinforcing the layer of weak soil by means of semi-theoretical and semi-practical method,which can greatly reduce the impact on the surrounding environment and provide colleagues with a reference for similar projects.The plan for the pit foundation reinforcement method and the partition method are conducive to the control of long-term displacement of the foundation pit,the security degree is high and the demand for construction monitoring is relatively low.The demands of the tracing compensation grouting program for construction and monitoring are higher but can save a lot of project cost and shorten the construction period.While the program employing the law of the spatial and temporal effects can reasonably control the body's own soil stability,which is both economical and safe.
