前列欣胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎(气滞血瘀证)伴勃起功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的明确前列欣胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎(气滞血瘀证)伴勃起功能障碍的影响。方法采用两组平行对照的临床观察研究,将82例Ⅲ型前列腺炎(气滞血瘀证)伴勃起功能障碍的患者随机分为两组,每组41例,均进行健康宣传教育。在此基础上,治疗组饭后口服前列欣胶囊,每次6粒,3次/d,疗程4周;对照组饭后口服舍尼通,1片/次(含70mg水溶性提取物P5及4mg脂溶性提取物EA10),2次/d,单独用药,疗程4周。结果治疗组总有效率为87.8%,对照组总有效率为80.5%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI总分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组中医证候总分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组勃起功能总分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列欣胶囊可以明显改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎(气滞血瘀证)患者的疼痛症状及伴随的勃起功能障碍症状;改善患者的排尿、症状影响及生活质量。Objective To determine the impacts of qianliexin capsules on prostatitis type Ⅲ（qi and blood stagnation）combined with erectile dysfunction.Methods The parallel contrast clinical observation was adopted in the research.82 cases of prostatitis type Ⅲ（qi and blood stagnation）combined with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each one and all of the cases received the health educational training.On this basis,in treatment group,qianliexin capsules were administered orally after meal,6 capsules each time,3 times per day,totally for 4 weeks as one session.In control group,cernilton（including water-soluble extract P4 of 70mg and lipid soluble extract EA10 of 4 mg）,1 tablets/time was administered orally after meal,twice per day,separate medication,totally for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 87.8% in treatment group and was 80.5% in control group,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.Meanwhile,NIH-CPSI total scores were compared before and after treatment in two groups,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.01）.The total scores of TCM symptoms presented significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.The total scores of erectile function presented significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.01）.Conclusion Qianliexin capsules may improve in pain and the associated erectile dysfunction of prostatitis type Ⅲ（qi and blood stagnation）obviously as well as urination,symptomatic impacts and life quality.
