红灯散瘀汤治疗老年高血压病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察红灯散瘀汤治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法将100例老年高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例采用自拟红灯散瘀汤(灯盏细辛、红花、决明子、银杏叶、桃仁、川芎、杜仲、甘草、当归、半夏等十味中药组成)治疗;对照组50例服用牛黄降压丸治疗。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组血压、血液生化指标、血流变、踝臂指数、心踝指数。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血液流变学指标、血液生化指标脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、踝臂指数(ABI)、心踝指数(CAVI)值均有所改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红灯散瘀汤能降低老年高血压,改善动脉功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hongdengsanyu decoction on primary hypertension.Methods 100 cases of senile hypertension were randomized into two groups.In treatment group（50 cases）,the self-prepared hongdengsanyu decoction（composed of Erigeroside,Safflower,Semen Cassiae,Ginkgo Leaf,Peach Seed,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Eucommia Bark,Licorice,Chinese Angelica and Pinellia Tuberifera Tenore）was administered.In control group（50 cases）,niuhuangjiangya pill was administered orally.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.Blood pressure,blood biochemical indicators,blood rheology,ankle-brachial index（ABI）and heart ankle index（CAVI）were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in treatment group,and was 80.00% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison（P0.05）.The values of blood rheology,lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 in blood biochemical indicators,ABI and CAVI were all improved and presented significant difference statistically as compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Hongdengsanyu Decoction can decrease senile hypertension and improve arterial function.
