舒胃饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒胃饮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组65例,采用口服舒胃饮,对照组55例给予左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑,两组均以4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状变化情况。结果治疗组治愈21例,好转37例,无效7例,总有效率为89.23%;对照组治愈14例,好转26例,无效15例,总有效率为72.73%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组临床症状有明显改善。结论舒胃饮对慢性浅表性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of shuwei decoction on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods 121 cases were divided randomly into two groups.65 cases in treatment group were treated with shuwei decoction.55 cases in control group were treated with levofloxacin and omeprazole.4 weeks of treatment made one session in either group.The clinical efficacy and changes in clinical symptoms were observed in two groups after 1 session treatment.Results In treatment group,21 cases were cured,37 cases improved and 7 cases failed;and the total effective rate was 89.23%.In control group,14 cases were cured,26 cases improved and 15 cases failed;and the total effective rate was 72.73%.The significant statistical difference presented in comparison of two groups（P0.05）.Moreover,the improvements in clinical symptoms were apparent in treatment group as compared with control group.Conclusion Shuwei decoction has quite advantageous clinical efficacy on chronic superficial gastritis.
