摘  要:应用系统工程解释结构模型ISM法,结合项目管理方法论,对核电工程项目管理系统进行结构分析,建立其递阶结构模型,并通过模型对管理要素进行优化整合,说明了核电工程AE公司的EP结合,以及进一步实现EPC结合,将能简化核电工程管理系统结构,使管理系统清晰、高效。由此得出在我国核电即将开始的批量化建设时期,培育发展专业化的核电AE工程公司的必要性。研究结果对我国核电工程建造方式选择与管理系统优化具有重要的理论和应用价值。Through Application of interpretive structural model(ISM) in systems engineering theory and project management methodology,the study analyzed the structure of nuclear power project management system and established its hierarchical structure model.Based on model analysis,the optimization and integration of the management elements were made.Combining engineer and purchase(and construction in the future) in the nuclear Architect-Engineer company would greatly simplify the system structure and make management system clear and efficient.And it could be concluded that it was necessary to develop the professional nuclear power Architect-Engineer company when the nuclear power project was about to enter the period of construction by batch in China.The results of research had important theoretical and practical significance to opt for the construction mode of nuclear power project and optimize its management system.
