摘  要:在对天生桥换流站阀冷系统喷淋塔进行除垢时,发现3个喷淋塔结垢厚度差异明显,其中1号塔结垢最薄。针对此情况,进行了分析探讨。分析显示,1号塔的运行状况最优,其对应的外冷水流量、流速和压力是最佳运行点,因而结垢少、容易清除。考虑结垢与外冷水的流速、温度、压力以及管道表面粗糙度等因素的关系,提出了如下建议:重新调整2号、3号塔的喷淋泵参数,用喷淋泵进、出水阀门调节喷淋泵的压力、流速和流量,使其与1号塔的喷淋泵压力、流速和流量一致。It was found during the time of scaling removing that great scaling difference appeared among three spray towers ot the valve cooling system in Tianshengqiao Converter Station as tower 1 was the least scaling one. This paper analyzes that situation, showing that tower 1 is the best one in operation with favourable pressure, flow velocity and flow of cooling water and thus being of the least scaling and easy to be cleaned. In consideration of the relationship of scaling and the pressure, flow velocity, flow of cooling water, and surface roughness of pipes, suggestions are put forward as follows: to readjust the parameters of spray pumps in towers 2 and 3, and to regulat the values of pressure, flow velocity and flow of the spray pumps with their inlet and outlet valves so that these values are same as that of tower 1.
