摘  要:复合式基层沥青路面是一种新型的沥青路面结构型式。选取我国常见的半刚性基层沥青路面作为比照,以壳牌路面设计软件Bisar3.0全面计算两类典型路面的力学响应,据此基于疲劳寿命理论,采用我国现行沥青路面设计方法中推荐的疲劳方程,针对层间完全连续与层间不完全连续两种接触条件,得出两种疲劳指标控制模式下两类路面的相对寿命长短,从理论上进一步提示两类路面的破坏根源。结果表明层间不完全连续使结构受拉区扩大;复合式路面结构的弯拉水平明显低于半刚性路面;当以两种指标控制疲劳寿命时,复合式路面的疲劳寿命均高于半刚性路面;复合式路面的基层寿命高,可将破坏控制在表面,半刚性路面则由于基层寿命低而容易产生结构性损坏。Compound base asphalt pavement is a new kind structure of asphalt pavement. With tra- ditional semi-rigid base asphalt pavement chosen to compare, the paper comprehensively analyzed mechanical responses of two typical pavement with shell pavement designing software Bisar3. 0. Then based on fatigue life theory, using the fatigue equations recommended in Chinese asphalt pavement design method and taking continuous and not fully continuous interlayer binding condition into consideration, the rel- ative life of two kinds of asphalt pavement was evaluated and compared, finally the failure root of two types of pavement was revealed theoretically. The results showed that discontinuous interlayer binding condition made flexible area of structure enlarger; the degree of flexible of compound pavement was obviously lower than semi-rigid pavement ; when fatigue life was controlled with two indexes, fatigue life of compound pavement was higher than semi-rigid pavement; the fatigue life of base for compound pavement was so high that the damage could be controlled on the surface ; while the fatigue life of base for semi-rigid pavement was so low that the structural damage would easily happen.
