摘  要:过热蒸汽热采是提高稠油油藏开发效果的有效途径,过热蒸汽与饱和蒸汽相比,具有更高的热焓和更大的比容,主要表现在蒸汽的蒸馏作用强。研究结果表明,过热蒸汽较饱和蒸汽能大幅度提高蒸汽的蒸馏作用效果,同一温度条件下,过热蒸汽的蒸馏率较饱和蒸汽提高32%~52.6%;同一压力条件下,过热度为80℃的过热蒸汽的蒸馏率较饱和蒸汽提高1.07~1.21倍;过热蒸汽的蒸馏馏出物中重烃含量增加,残余油中饱和烃含量减少、胶质沥青质含量增加。可见,过热蒸汽蒸馏作用比较充分,对改善稠油油藏,尤其是对特超稠油油藏的开发效果有重要作用。The thermal recovery by superheated steam drive was an effective means of heavy oil reservoir development,compared with saturated steam,the superheated steam had higher thermal enthalpy content and higher specific volume,it revealed strong distillation.The study result shows that both of them have the effect of greatly improving the distillation of the steam,under the condition of the same temperature,the distillation of superheated steam is 32% ~52.6% higher than that of saturated steam;at the same pressure,the superheated steam at80℃,its distillation rate is 1.07 ~1.21 times higher than that of saturated one;when the heavy hydrocarbon content increases in the distilled matter,the content of saturated hydrocarbon decreases in the residual oil and gum asphalt content increases.It can be seen that the distillation of superheated steam is more sufficient,it has an important role of improving heavy oil reservoirs and especially for the development of super heavy oil reservoirs.
