施地瑞玛生理性海水鼻腔喷雾配合鼻内镜下等离子低温射频治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨施地瑞玛生理性海水鼻腔喷雾配合鼻内镜下等离子低温射频治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将106例患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予施地瑞玛生理性海水鼻腔喷雾配合鼻内镜下等离子低温射频;对照组给予鼻内镜下等离子低温射频。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征及有效率。结果根据两组的主要症状、体征及疗效,治疗组明显优于对照组(χ2=7.202,P<0.05)。结论施地瑞玛生理性海水鼻腔喷雾配合鼻内镜下等离子低温射频治疗变应性鼻炎,可以缩短病程,改善鼻腔功能,疗效确切,且使用安全、舒适、方便,可以作为治疗变应性鼻炎的理想方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sterimar physiological sea water low-temperature plasma radiofrequency（LTPR） nasal spray under nasal endoscope.Methods 106 cases of AR were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group patients were given sterimar via low-temperature radiofrequency sqvay under nasal endoscope,control group pations were given low-temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscope.Observe symptom physical sign and effective rate of two groups between before and after therapy were observed.Results Treatment group were superior to control group in the symptom,physical sigh and effective rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical symptom of allergic rhinitis can be controlled and nasal function can be improved by the use of low-temperature radiofrequency nasal spray with sterimar physiological sea water endoscope,which is an effective,safe and convenient.It can be an ideal method in the treatment of AR.
