摘 要:为了探讨硒在魔芋中的抗氧化作用,在盆栽试验下,对魔芋进行了叶面施硒处理,并测定了硒处理后魔芋叶中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶的活性和丙二醛的含量。结果表明,叶面施硒对魔芋叶中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性及丙二醛含量有显著影响。叶面施硒10d后,同不施硒相比,魔芋叶中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增加了164.9%、过氧化氢酶活性增加了26.0%,而过氧化物酶活性降低了34.3%,丙二醛含量降低了13.4%。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和丙二醛都与植物的抗氧化作用有关,说明硒能增强魔芋的抗氧化能力,有助于防止细胞的氧化损伤。In order to understand the antioxdiation of selenium in konjac(Amorphaphallus konjac), a pot experiment of foliar selenium application was conducted and the activity of glutathione peroxidase, catalase, peroxidase and the content of malondialdehyde in konjac foliage had been determined. The results showed that foliage spraying selenium had significant effects on the activity of glutathione peroxidase, catalase, peroxidase and the content of malondialdehyde in konjac leaves. After 10 days of foliage spraying selenium, the activities of glutathione peroxidase and catalase in konjac foliage were increased by 164.9% and by 26.0%, but the activity of peroxidase and the content of MDA in foliage was decreased by 34.3 % and by 13.4%. Because of the relationships of glutathione peroxidase, catalase, peroxidase and malondialdehyde with the antioxida- tion in plant, it was concluded that selenium had the function of antioxidation in konjac and was beneficial to prevent konjac from cell oxidative damage during its growth.
