芪归通络汤联合糖尿病足外洗方治疗糖尿病足55例

摘　　要：目的观察自拟芪归通络汤口服联合糖尿病足外洗方外用治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法将103例糖尿病足患者随机分为2组。治疗组在基础治疗的同时予自拟芪归通络汤口服联合糖尿病足外洗方外用;对照组在基础治疗同时予注射用前列地尔静脉滴注。观察2组治疗前后临床症状、体征、足背动脉血流动力学、腓总神经传导速度的变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后左、右足背动脉的平均速度、内径、血流量与腓总神经传导速度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间治疗后足背动脉右侧内径、腓总神经传导速度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论芪归通络汤具有益气养血温经通络功效,能有效治疗糖尿病足。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of Qigui Tongluo decoction and external bath formula of diabetic foot on diabetic foot. Methods 103 cases of diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups. In addition to basic treatment, patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Qigui Tongluo decoction and external bath formula of diabetic foot; patients in control group were treated by Alprostadil intravenous drip infusion. The changes of haemodynamics of dorsalis pedis artery, conduction velocities of the tibial nerve, clinical symptoms were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment on internal diameter, blood flow, average velocity of dorsalis pedis artery and conduction velocities of the tibial nerve in two groups （P〈0.05）. There were obvious differences between two groups on internal diameter of dorsalis pedis artery and conduction velocities of the tibial nerve after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qigui Tongluo decoction can effective treat diabetic foot, and has reinforcing qi and activating blood, warming and activating meridian.
